In her photo series There Will Be Blood, Swedish photographer, blogger and artist Arvida Byström shows women in everyday situations: reading in a lunch room, jogging, waiting at the bus stop. But there’s clearly something wrong. You see blood.

So your first reaction probably is: disgust. This although at the same time the pictures are completely normal. Get rid of the blood, and they could be published in any women magazine, just add a caption like: ‘top by Puma, shorts by American Apparel.’
